The project envisages the refurbishment and renovation of an existing commercial building, covering the sales area, the supporting basement level, and the circulation connections between them.

The main activities include replacement and refurbishment of the façade cladding, installation of new floor finishes, renewal of wall claddings, repainting and partial plastering of walls and ceilings. The project also envisages the rearrangement and addition of technological equipment, as well as the repair and upgrading of the building installations under the Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC disciplines.
