The project envisages the new construction of a logistics center for temporary storage and expedition of ceramic products, serving the Han Asparuh factory. The logistics center is located in close proximity to the factory and meets the criteria of European and world standards. The logistics center is a one-story building. The warehouse area is a "P"-shaped shed with an inner courtyard, with a total area of ​​21,902.30 sq.m. A commercial and service area is located towards the street, with an area of ​​1,408.30 sq.m., which includes: a showroom, meeting rooms, customer service, a picking area with a sample hall. The warehouse is divided into 3 buildings. The total capacity of the warehouse is about 44,000 pallet spaces.
