The project envisages the construction of a single-storey production building – a workshop for the manufacture of transport packaging, designed to ensure the efficient organisation of production processes and the optimal use of the interior space.

The workshop manufactures transport packaging from ready-made corrugated cardboard through cutting, creasing and folding processes to produce finished items such as boxes and cartons. The main production area is functionally organised into zones for production machinery, materials required for daily operations, and finished products, ensuring a logical workflow and convenient execution of production activities.

A covered loading and unloading area is provided in the north-western part of the building, offering protection from weather conditions during the handling and movement of materials and finished products, while facilitating the servicing of the production process.
