The project envisages the construction of a new single-storey building – a Logistics Centre, designed with a functional and flexible spatial layout tailored to the specific requirements of logistics operations.

The building features entrances from the north, south and east, ensuring convenient access and efficient servicing of the various functional areas.

The delivery and dispatch of goods are carried out by road transport, with loading and unloading access points arranged along the northern, southern and eastern sides of the building. This provides flexibility in operations and allows for the efficient organisation of transport flows.

The design combines functionality, operational efficiency and reliability, ensuring safe operation, rational use of space and the smooth flow of logistics processes.
