The project envisages the construction of a modern Logistics Centre designed for the temporary storage, sorting, packaging and dispatch of industrial goods.

The building features a spacious single-storey logistics area with dedicated storage and buffer zones, complemented by a partial second floor accommodating staff facilities, including changing rooms, sanitary facilities and a canteen.

Loading and unloading operations are organised along the northern side of the building, with four loading docks and four loading doors providing convenient access for transport vehicles. The project also includes parking for 7 cars and emergency exits on all sides of the building.

The functional layout and well-organised storage areas ensure efficient handling of goods throughout the entire logistics process – from receipt and storage to order picking and dispatch to end customers.
