The project envisages the construction of a modern single-storey facility for non-hazardous production, storage and trade of electrical materials and equipment, designed with an emphasis on functionality, efficient organization and ease of operation.

The building features a T-shaped layout, combining production and storage areas with administrative and staff facilities located on a partial level. The main entrance for staff and customers is positioned on the north-eastern side of the building, directly connected to the administrative area and the designated car and bicycle parking spaces.

The logistics process is optimized through dedicated access points for the delivery of materials and the dispatch of finished products. The production areas are clearly functionally separated, providing independent access, efficient internal circulation and effective integration with the administrative and staff facilities.
