The project envisages the construction of a new building – a Logistics Centre for the temporary storage, sorting, packaging and dispatch of industrial goods.
The building features a spacious single-storey warehouse and operational area, designed to ensure efficient organisation and an optimised flow of goods and materials. A partial second floor is incorporated in the north-western section, accommodating administrative and staff facilities, including offices, changing rooms and a break room, providing a functional and comfortable working environment.
The logistics operations comprise the receipt of goods from manufacturers, electronic labelling, temporary storage, order picking, sorting, packaging and dispatch to end customers. Loading and unloading operations are organised along the northern side of the building, with four loading docks and three van access doors.
The design places particular emphasis on reliability, safety and long-term operational sustainability. The functional zoning and clear separation of operational and service flows facilitate efficient workflow management, minimise potential areas of conflict and ensure the safe movement of staff and transport vehicles. The designated loading and unloading areas, together with the emergency exits, further enhance the safety and smooth operation of the facility.
